RETURN POLICY
If you wish to make a return you must inform us as soon as possible in writing by email and return the item within 14 calendar days of delivery. We do not offer refunds or exchanges after these 14 days have passed. When making a return please send the item using recorded delivery and with appropriate insurance as we cannot be held responsible for items missing or damaged in transit.
We will refund your payment minus the postage costs. We aim to reimburse you within 2-5 working days upon receipt of the returned item. Refunds will only be issued if the item is returned in unused/same condition it was sent out. Refunds can only be made to your original payment method (to the card you used as payment).
In the unlikely event that you feel you have been sent a faulty item please contact us immediately to discuss. On some occasions, there can be problems with overseas postage and delivery.
Please be aware that some monitors may display colours of prints incorrectly and the artwork may vary from the colours you see on screen. Handmade prints may have small variations in colour or print quality from the image on the the website, due to the nature of some of the printing processes used. We will always send you the best quality print in the edition.
Please be aware that we have the right to refuse to refund or reimburse anyone for any reason.
